We would like to introduce TFG our latest addition to our software portfolio, This is more than a CRM system offering greater flexibility and cost-effective customisation.

SP&C have collaborated with a Local software house that delivered its first client platform in October 2020 and now has over 60 clients.

SP&C have seen the real-world benefit for the voluntary sector by bringing this product in-house and using it on a daily basis. This was down to resolving challenges we faced when using multiple software products.

Working in collaboration, SP&C will provide the delivery and support, while the design house will continue to develop and improve the system through continuous customer feedback.

Following initial research from our third sector colleagues* and market research (Capterra 2024). It has become clear to SP&C that the mainstream players in this market offer products that are too:-

  • Complex
  • Difficult to set-up (not supported)
  • Expensive to change or update
  • And lack effective training for end users

Here at SP&C we are dedicated to supporting the voluntary sector and see this product as a major platform to enable efficiency & simplicity for day-to-day processes.
