We’ve been working with clients in the Third Sector to help them move from paper-based workflows to a digitised process. Digitising existing paper documents is one of the ways in which we’re getting the ball rolling for clients.
Everyone starts with a digital document these days so it’s easy to forget that many organisations have historic paper files – which need safe and secure but accessible storage. Just think of the NHS!
SP&C is working with other social enterprises and charities to deliver complete and secure document services including printing, scanning, copying and digitisation of data. All of these processes, at every point in the journey, need cyber security (IT security). If data includes personal details then they’re subject data protection legislation such as GDPR and the DPA.
